Shipping Information

We offer the following shipping methods:

Shipped within Continental USA:

  • USPS First Class Service
  • USPS Priority Service
  • USPS Express Service

Shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories:

  • USPS - 5 lb weight limit - please note this is surface mail to these shipping zones and may take 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on the destination.

Shipped to Canada:

  • DHL
  • USPS

Order Processing:

  • Most orders are processed the next business day. Larger order may require additional handling time to ensure you receive the order without problem.
  • Once the order has been processed, we can't make any changes. If you need to make any change, please message us as soon as you can.
  • You can expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 days from the date of shipment (not necessarily the date of your order). Typical transit time is 2-5 business days.
  • Please understand carrier delays are not within our control and we cannot make any guarantees for a particular date of delivery. Any such guarantees for express, priority, and other services are from the carrier only. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and delivery will not be made on the weekend.
  • Online tracking delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered proof of delivery. If tracking shows delivery confirmation and you did not receive the package, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please double check with your shipping address before you place your order. Rest assured if the carrier confirms mis-delivery and cannot recover the package, we will replace the order at our expense.
  • Please understand we are not responsible for package theft once delivery is complete. It is the responsibility of the receiver to have a secure location for package delivery. If you would like to request a signature for your order upon delivery, please write a note for us in the comments section when placing your order and we are happy to oblige. If you believe your package has been stolen we suggest filing a police report. 

Refused / Return to Sender / Undeliverable Orders:

  • If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed un-deliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address or otherwise, the customer should contact us for this issue immediately and will receive a refund for the purchase price of the products. The refund will be processed once the package has been received at our facility. The original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable.
