SHIPPING & HANDING:

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

  • All orders are subject to a one business day handling period before shipment, usually within one business day. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVES?

  • Orders will be shipped via USPS; orders should be received within 2-5 business days in average depends on your location.

RETURNS:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Full refund (exclude shipping) will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.
  • Any sign of usage will be considered used and not refundable. If you need help finding the right item/s, please contact us before purchase. 
  • If your product is damaged or defective once you receive it, we will issue refund or exchange of the same item within 30 days from the date of delivery. We require you to contact us first to obtain a RMA number then we will further assist you with your return.
